Vrindha Medical Books is committed to providing high-quality educational services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Process

1. Request: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the admissions office, including the reason for the withdrawal and any supporting documentation.
2. Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed and approved by the administration. The student will be notified of the decision within 14 business days.
3. Disbursement: Approved refunds will be processed and disbursed within 30 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise specified.
